Victor is the last born in a family of 6. He has Cerebral Palsy (CP) and his whole body including the backbone is so weak that the neck cannot support the head. His speech isn't fully developed but he can say a few words and follow commands. But physically, there has been little improvement as his parents cannot afford to take him to the hospital frequently. We thank God that he has been enrolled in our Champs program where he will get the necessary medical care and physical therapy.
