Trinity and her only sibling live with their parents. She was born premature, and at nine months old, she had a seizure. She has Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. Unfortunately, she has not received any medical attention to address her condition. Trinity can crawl and control her head. She also shows some muscle tone. Through our Champions program, Trinity will have access to medical care including physiotherapy.
