Chisomo lives with his mum and young sister. Following the death of his father, who was the breadwinner, in February 2022, Chisomo and his family have been struggling to make ends meet. His mother does piecework and uses the income to buy and sell vegetables at a small profit. However, this happens once a couple times per month, leaving the family without food and other basic needs on most days. Chisomo also lacks educational support. He is one of the top 15 students in school, and his favorite subjects are Chichewa and Mathematics. He aspires to become a Police Officer. During his free time, he likes playing games with his best friend, Stanly. Chisomo and his family are Christians.
