Join us in planting Trees! Only 3% of Malawi is forested today. That's a dramatic change from previous years. Much of the deforestation is due to unsustainable land management, agricultural practices, and lack of alternate cooking fuel. Planting tree seedlings is a huge first step in addressing this national deforestation crisis. And we feel that the church should always help solve community problems. As of today, we've planted over 2,500 trees in plots managed by two of our local churches. By God's grace, our goal is to provide trees to our 7 other churches. A gift of $50 will purchase 50 trees which will be planted at our seven church sites.
