Happy lives with his sister and her family. Both his parents died when he was younger. When happy was 2, he came down with meningitis, the affects of which may be the cause of his impairment today. He did not start walking until he was 10 years old and he has low muscle tone throughout his body. When his mom was alive, she would take him to physical therapy appointments, which his sister was unable to continue when he came into her care due to the cost of transportation. With the support of Passion Center, Happy will be able to continue his physical therapy appointments and he and his family will hear the gospel and be shown the love of Christ.
