Alinafe is the fifth-born in the family. She lost her father in May 2013 after a short illness. Since then, her mother has struggled to provide for the family as she only depends on inconsistent piecework to make ends meet. Now, the situation is worse as they can sometimes go up to three days without food in the house. This affects Alinafe's performance in school, in addition to her lack of other basic needs such as beddings, clothes, hygiene supplies, and school materials.

Her favorite subject is mathematics, and she wants to become a medical doctor. Blue is her favorite color, and Spaghetti served with chicken satisfies her biggest appetite. Raised in a Christian family, she is obedient, hardworking, and cares for her younger siblings. She spends her free time playing games with friends and riding a seesaw.
